- The finished fabric size will be approximately 10 inches (25.4 cm) shorter than the stated length. For example, for a 15ft awning size, the finished fabric size should be 14ft 2 inches.

- Due to the economical folding for transport, every awning replacement fabric is folded and boxed.
- Unfold the vinyl carefully during unpacking to avoid any minor paint peel-off along folding lines. This is a normal occurrence.
