Caravan Water Filler Attachment
By: Andrew Stanton on 7 June 2023Could easy make one of these units up but for the price and convenience does great work of filling tanks albeit very slowly. When filling with a hose and nozzle attachment I couldn't get tanks full considering that you are only really filling one tank and then waiting for it to equalise the rest. Still slow process for filling considering that you fill, equalise and purge air all at once. Purging air can be difficult. I am going to purchase a rubber stopper, drill a hole to tightly fit over water tube (12mm John Guest) This will provide a small positive pressure and stop backflow of water spitting out the filler. Once water flows out air vent in continuous pattern, job done and tanks full! Great to be able to control inlet flow with this simple device. Prompt postage.
